    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR fixes several HTK issues that *
    * were found in internal testing. *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR. *
    ****************************************************************
This APAR fixes the following issues of IBM IMS HALDB Toolkit
    V1.1.
     1. Parameter INDPATT cannot be specified as ANALYZEPART
command parameters for generating DBRC commands.
     2. When converting HISAM with overflow and DSG1(Y) is not
specified, the following errors can occur.
2-1. When ICOFF(Y) is specified, DSP0109I DATA BASE DATA SET
NOT DEFINED IN RECON and IHC01000E DBRC update failed
are issued, and HALDB Toolkit ends with U0999.
2-2. When ICOFF(Y) is not specified, FABJ3959E is issued and
           HALDB Toolkit ends with U0999.
     3. When converting HISAM under ISPF and database datasets
are not registered in MDALIB, an error message
'Wrong dataset' can be issued after the dataset name is
        specified.
     4. When converting non-HALDB and its secondary indexes with
overflow, ASMA044E Undefined symbol - DBDXTAB is issued and
        DBDGEN ends with RC=08.
     5. When maintaining a database with OSAM(Y), that is not
supported for MAINTAIN, a BLOCKSZE parameter can be issued
for INIT.PART statement and INIT.PART ends with RC=12.
     6. When maintaining a database and the number of partitions
are reduced, IC dsnames issued in Runtime Messages can be
        incorrect.
     7. When running ISPF CONVERT 4-8 UNDO conversion, the
        following errors can occur.
7-1. When 4(Specify RECON datasets) is specified for RECON MDA
located in, DSP0245I JOB TERMINATED DUE TO UNAVAILABLE
RECON DATA SETS and DFS0048I DBRC INITIALIZATION FAILED
can be issued in the step CDS.
7-2. When 2(MDALIB 1) is specified for RECON MDA
located in, DFS301A UNABLE TO OPEN DDNAME SYSPRINT can be
           issued in the step CDS.
7-3. When using combined load library as HTK's loadlib,
steplib in a generated JCL for HD Reorganization Reload
utility includes the combined load library. However, the
combined load library should not be included.
     8. When running ISPF CONVERT 5 Convert entire DBD library to
HALDB, the following errors can occur.
8-1. When HP UL/RL/IC is selected, DDs for HP utilities are
not included in a generated JCL.
8-2. When 2(Yes) is specified for DBD Source in Save Source
Statements, DBD Sources are not saved.
8-3. An unwanted DD DFSURGU1 is generated.
8-4. A needed message IHC01172I cannot be issued during
Create DBD list for DBDLIB conversion.

Chapter 2. Simulating HALDB using ANALYZEPART
ANALYZEPART command parameters for generating DBRC commands
INDPATT parameter has been added as follows:

      Parameter Requirement Description
      --------------------------------------------------------------
    | INDPATT Optional Creates a partition name "stub" from
    | the DBD name for a secondary index.
    | This parameter is effective only
    | when you simulate conversion from a
    | full-function database to a HALDB.
    |
    | Format: (cccccccc) where c is an
    | asterisk(*) or a period(.) This
    | parameter is similar to DBDPATT. The
    | "*" positions of the DBD name are
    | kept to create the "name stub."
    | You can use a maximum of 6 asterisks
    | (*) to identify the position. The
    | default is 6 asterisks.
    |
    | Default value: DBDPATT is used. If
    | neither DBDPATT nor INDPATT is
    | specified, the default is
    | (******..).

The description of CONST parameter has been updated as follows:
Used as a substitute for the DBD name when building partition
    | names. See also DBDPATT, INDPATT and FIRSTPART parameters.

The description of FIRSTPART parameter has been updated as
     follows:
Identifies the partition name extension to be added to the name
    | "stub" created by the DBDPATT and INDPATT parameters.
         :

Chapter 4. Maintaining HALDB using MAINTAIN
    MAINTAIN command parameters

The description of CONST parameter has been updated as follows:
Used as a substitute for the DBD name when building partition
    | names. See also DBDPATT, and FIRSTPART parameters.

The description of FIRSTPART parameter has been updated as
     follows:
Identifies the partition name extension to be added to the name
    | "stub" created by the DBDPATT parameter.
