• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Unused local-storage data-items are not displayed in the
  automatic map when LIST,NOSTGOPT is used.  However, storage for
  them is allocated if you look at the offsets in the automatic
  map.  The local-storage data-items simply aren't listed, which
  can cause problems for 3rd party debugging tools.
  
  This APAR will add the unused local-storage data items to the
  automatic map when LIST,NOSTGOPT is used.
  

Local fix

• Modify the program so the data-items are used in the PROCEDURE
  DIVISION or remove the unused data-items from the DATA DIVISION.
