Local fix
Problem summary
HTML files that contain some unmatched character input, which would normally cause termination of the tokenizer, get stuck in an infinite loop and cause continual logging.
Problem conclusion
The HTML head tokenizer was changed so that it will terminate tokenizing the file if it encounters an unrecoverable error. Fix delivered in Rational Application Developer V7.5.4
