APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• CQM8021E incorrectly issued for the current interval, if the
  collector is in the middle of interval processing (for a new
  interval), even though the current interval was not selected for
  offloading.
  

Local fix

• Wait to run the DB2 offload job until interval processing has
  completed, as indicated by message CQM2401I INTERVAL PROCESSING
  ENDED.
