Symptom The following error would be reported in the SFTP logs when using the SFTP destination: "Caused by: com.ibm.j2ca.ftp.exception.FTPOperationsException: 2: No such file: <directory location>". |
Resolving the problem Perform the following steps to resolve this problem: 1. Navigate to the output directory of the SFTP user that is used to connect to the WPG Integrated SFTP Server and create a dummy folder. For example, /opt/IBM/bcghub-distrib/ftpserver/<ftpadmin>/<dummyfolder>. The ftpadmin value is a variable, as it is user specific. The dummy folder has to be created for all the SFTP users. Note: The SFTP Destination created should be using the same SFTP user to connect to the WPG Integrated SFTP Server. |
