Error description
Customer entered a blank in a text entry field in the PZN editor. After saving and returning to the rule, clicking on the edit for the text field, the blank was converted to another value. Found also having issues with single quote('), double quote("), backslash(\), double backslash(\\) and ampersand(&).
Local fix
retype the values on subsequent edit of text field
Problem summary
Customer was entering a text field in pzn authoring where the st contained a blank. After editing the text string, without chang blank, the rule failed to function correctly. Customer was see in place of the blank.
