APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The terminate step in the jcl is not the same as the utility it
  used in the utility step, so on abends the utility terminate
  fails.
  

Local fix

• Allow the default utility ID to be used by leaving the UtilID
  field blank on the Utility Options panel HAA$UCEO and
  'Prefix Utility ID with jobname = N' on the Job generation
  Option panel HAA$JOPT.
