Error description

  • EDM POOL SNAPSHOT PROBLEM

    From classical view.
    R.C.A
you get to the EDM POOL SNAPSHOT SUMMARY - ZEDSN panel.
    here the very first error:
<< The following EDM snapshot was collected on 12/22/08 at
    12:08:06. >>
    << Please recollect snapshot data
<< To redrive EDM collection place a '-' in column one of the
    command. >
<< To redrive on ENTER key basis place a '<' in column one of
    the cmd. >
    .
Even if we recollect the EDM snapshot this message continues to
    appear.
Zooming on SQL cache (PF11) you geto to ZEDDS panel.
we keep on having the msg: + <<< Please recollect snapshot data
    and the
'pages alloc' column shows all zeros.
    .
Going further, zooming on any Authid you get to panel ZEDD2:
under the column 'pages' you get always N/A.
    .
Furthermore sometimes zooming on an instraction you get to panel
    ZEDD3
    with al dots:
