• After APPLYing UK42686 some customers may receive BIND error
  -204 or -551, SQLCODE204 SQLCODE551

  *                      time. This also creates all             *

  *                      for DB2 Connect monitoring. But         *
  *                      if PWH has never been launched, the     *
  *                      tables are not created and the          *
  *                      BIND against FPE@WRP2 package ends      *
  *                      with SQL error code -204                *
  *                      (and possibly -551).                    *
