• Closed as program error.

Error description

• This APAR will address two problems:
  - When RECON1 dataset is not there, DBRC recognizes it as "in
    error" and will even create a new copy using the spare if
    necessary. ORF tries to allocate and fails with "dataset
    not found".
  - ORF does not register the change-apply log it no changes had
    occurred. However, the log dataset is not deleted.

  The following problems are addressed in this APAR:
  1.When RECON1 dataset is not there, DBRC recognizes it as

Problem conclusion

• 1.Code has been changed to bypass the recon if allocation
  failed.
  2.Code has been changed to delete the log as well.
