  • Message ID FEC804E being added for the WTO message "subsystem
xxxx is not currently active", issued from RSCAF_ERROR_MESSAGE
when CAFINIT fails. CAFINIT is part of the connect to DB2
process, and the WTO is being issued out of CAFINIT when
WTO=YES.
