APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Loading profile data using HAAPROFL with the NOREPLACE option
  can cause profiles that do not exist on the target subsystem to
  not contain any profile data when there are also duplicate
  profiles present in the data being loaded.
  

Local fix

• Users are advised not to load profiles using HAAPROFL with the
  NOREPLACE option, when there are duplicate profiles in the load
  data, until this PTF is available.
