APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Distributed "rollup" threads have incorrect Class 1 Begin / End
  timestamps. They are not adjusted for TIMEZONE. These were
  from the Performance DB  via ACCOUNTING FILE command. Non-
  distributed threads were adjusted properly. Customer had time
  adjusted for +5 hours for their timezone.
