Problem summary
Custom Cookies need to be passed in both Edit and View Mode for RRP
Problem conclusion
Customer had certain third party cookies which need to be passed onto WCM through the RRP for the requests to be successful. Currently, thats not supported and the requests were failing. A custom property now can be added to the RRP property list which will allow users to specify a comm seperated cookie list that they would like the RRP to pass onto WCM. To add the custom property they would need to : 1) Go to Administration > Portlet Management > Portlets and search for Remote Web Content Viewer. 2) Add the following property by clicking on the Configure Portlet option. USER_COOKIE CookieName1,CookieName2,...(comma seperated cookie list) A fix for this problem is available from Fix Central at: http://www.ibm.com/eserver/support/fixes/fixcentral/swgquickorde r?brandid=2&productid=Workplace%20Web%20Content%20Management&fix es=6.0.1.3-WCM-PK68390
