Error description

• In ARY SBRS, when using the DB2 type backup, if the HSM token
  ends inhex zeros the ARY system backup was not being recorded
  in the repository correctly. This can result in a failed OFFLOAD
  job if the backup is immediately followed by an OFFLOAD step.
