• ICAT enhancements:
  - restructure Agent main menu (advanced option for Agent in TEMS
  configuration)
  - support common Agent batch dictionary
  - support common Agent CTC text

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  1. Common 'Complete the configuration' shows both versions of
  CTC for OM XE for DB2 PE.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  1. Only the customized version of CTC is displayed.
  2. Enable batch mode install for the feature Simulated Editor.
  3. The OM XE for DB2 PE Agent main menu was restructured. Now
  only the steps that are applicable for an Agent that runs in its
  own address space are displayed on the main menu. The steps for
  configuring an Agent in a TEMS address space are moved to a new
  that can be accessed via the F5 key (Advanced option) from
  the main menu. Furthermore What's New readme can be selected on
  the main menu.
  4. Common Agent Readme is added to the OM XE for DB2 PE Agent
  readme.
  5. Improved Agent 'Complete the configuration' text.
