Error description

• Validation of a recovery plan that ends with a SHRLEVEL CHANGE
  image copy during a recovery operation by Recovery Advisor
  should result in a warning message being displayed telling them
  that running the plan could result in SQL errors upon execution
  or cause duplicate rows in the table.
  
  A system level backup is equivalent to a share level change
  image copy.  So we need to issue the warning message on a plan
  that uses an SLB restore.
