Detailed Problem Description: In the authoring UI, clicking on the 'Apply authoring template' button after modifying the authoring template, does not update the applicable content items that reside in a different library.

Problem Analysis: The functionality to modify content items that reside in a separate library as the authoring template when the 'Apply authoring template' action is initiated was missing. Problem Solution: The functionality has been provided.
