Error description

• When using DB2 Administration Tool's Change Management function,
  an error might occur resulting in MERGE3 ending in RC=12.
  Scenario: Table columns being used by the foreign key are
  being dropped and the foreign key is not dropped.  As a result,
  when the .CHG file is Analyze the following message may appear.
  ADBCCME - Error(s) found. Please review output
  Added foreign key xxxxxxxx for table xxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
  already exists
  ADBC002E - Severe error. Merge terminates
  .
