How critical is this fix?

Following APARs have been fixed :

HE12699 - SAME AS APAR HE12623 - ICC PASSES WRONG SCHEMA NAME WHEN CONNECTING TO CONTENT MANAGER


ICC Web Application cannot connect to Content Manager. It tries to use a custom schema, for example, ICMADMINT instead of ICMADMIN. HE12623 only worked with embedded WAS. APAR HE12699 now includes the Fix for external WAS.


HE12700 - ICC FP5 PREVIEW AND RETRIEVAL PROBLEM
ICC Web Application was not able to connect with CM8 repository which affected the ICC Search Functionality. Also, unable to preview/restore mails which were created after and before FP5 upgrade.
