PM15960: DURING ORF TAKEOVER PHASE

Error description

• Testing the TAKEOVER.WINDOW parms and when I use it the ORD job
  fails with the following:
  
  HRF01539I  Caught up with applying changes, waiting for TAKEOVER
  Window
  HRF01042E  Subtask APLY 0001 has terminated abnormally
  HRF01043E  Abend code is S32E reason code 0324
