Error description

• HPSG0213E UNSUPPORTED PIPE-ID IS SPECIFIED
  is received when reorganizing a HALDB and
   PIPEWAIT=(180,2)
  is specified in HPSIN DD.
  
  
  Since the database being reorganized is a HALDB, the pipe ID
  of 2 should not be specified.  However, client thinks it would
  be better to ignore the pipe ID 2 or to issue a warning message
  rather than terminate with a RC08 for such a minor "error".

  When pipe ID 2 is specified in the PIPEWAIT control statement
  when reorganizing a HALDB, IPR Driver issues HPSG0213E message
  and the job ends with RC=08.
  It would be better to ignore the pipe ID 2 or to issue a warning
  message rather than terminate with a RC=08 for such a minor
  "error".
  

Problem conclusion

• IPR Driver has been modified to ignore the pipe ID 2 when
  reorganizing a HALDB and continue its processing.
