Error description
When using IEAINITREGSTASK DIAG development aid setting, the abend S0E0 rsn=00000028 are generated for asid(x'0001') *MASTER* as software symptom records in LOGREC. This does not terminate the address space. The psw points to BBORLCRM. A STAM instruction is using the AR register without being setup prior to being used. The code prior to this is setting AR mode.

Problem conclusion
Updated bborlcrm to not enter AR mode when issuing the STAM instruction.
