Error description
A java.lang.NullPointerException may occur when a JAX-WS SOAP handler is configured, and SOAP message contains an element with attribute. Problem conclusion
The attribute type was not being stored when a SOAP handler was configured. The JAX-WS engine was corrected to properly store the attribute type when processing SOAP element. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 7.0.0.11.
