  Fixes include:
    Updates to various HELP files and runtime messages.
  
    Processing positive SQLCODEs.
  
    Correct TIMESTAMP length in DRAW command.
  
    CHART handling of FLOAT and DECFLOAT.
  
    QMF API interface and sample update.
  
    Improve processing for FLOAT data type parms in calls to
    stored procedures.
  
    Call stored procedures with no parms
  
    Prevent ABENDS0C8 if stored procedure with defined data types
    of BIGINT and FLOAT is called.
  
    Update the QMF stored procedure interface installation to
    allow for 21 possible result sets.
  
    Prevent ABEND0C4 IN DSQFQDRM ON PRINT TABLE for table that
    contains date or time data.
  
    Char 'E' added to Prompted Query header record.
  
    Enforce updating of LAST_USED column only for RUN, SAVE, and
    IMPORT commands when DSQEC_LAST_RUN global variable is ON.
  
    Add minus sign to negative FLOAT values in XML dataformat
    exported files.
  
    Modification of what values are inserted into Q.PROFILES and
    when they are inserted.
  
    Prevent SQLCODE -804 OR -901 or ABENDS0C4 when issuing
    SAVE DATA command.
  
    Create unique global pointer for DSQIRSET.  Affects PRINT
    service.
  
    Change RECFM info from 'F' to 'V' for data set created for
    EXPORT in XML dataformat.
