PM08491 resolves the following problem:
ERROR DESCRIPTION:?
The Sametime AV Packet Switcher is using the WebSphere Application Server UDP channel framework as transport for receiving and sending data out. When sending out packets the CPU is getting exhausted because it is spending time in the monitors.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
The UDP Channel runs inefficiently when multiple threads are used to process UDP packets.
RECOMMENDATION:
None
Thread synchronization issues in the UDP Channel were causing performance issues.
PROBLEM CONCLUSION:?
Removed some of the synchronization points in the code to allow multiple threads to run concurrently.
