Error description

• Dataset name checking is not always consistent for all
  fields. If a name is incorrect or an N is specified, sometimes
  you get incorrect JCL and sometimes you get dataset not found
  on the panel.

  SET NAME' ERROR MESSAGE WAS ISSUED. THE ERROR WAS DISCOVERED
  IN GENERATED JCL THAT USED THE INVALID DYNLIB 'N' NAME.
  THE USER WAS TRYING TO DESIGNATE THAT DYNLIB WAS NOT USED
  IN HIS SET UP. DYNLIB, HOWEVER, IS REQUIRED FOR CONTROL SUITE.
  

Problem conclusion

• THE DATA SET VALIDATION CODE FOR IMS ENVIRONMENT DATA SETS WAS
  CHANGED TO CHECK ALL NON-BLANK DATA SET FIELDS.
