Error description

  • - DB2 Utilities Enhancement Tool issues RC=8 if empty SYSIN.
- DSNUTILB issues RC=4 if empty SYSIN.

This fix will cause DB2 Utilities Enhancement Tool to issue
RC=4, if there is an empty SYSIN, the way DSNUTILB does.

Local fix

  • As a workaround until maintenance is available, use a SYSIN with
utility syntax (or simply put some comments within the SYSIN).
