Error description

The following set of messages are logged indicating high
availability (HA) view instability.

On each of the node agents in the core group, there are
DCSV8030I messages logged, for example:

Failed to join or establish a view with member
[9.10.76.48:9353].
The reason is Inconsistent defined set See inconsistent defined
message in log for details.

Which is followed by a number of non-normal views, one example:

Eventually the nodeagent gets in a state where the view is
constantly being printed out as unstable:

The coregroup bridge service alternates back and forth between
being stable (but connected only to some of the bridges in the
defined core groups) and printing out that it is unstable:

Persistently logged DCSV8030 messages are the result of timing
conditions produced from rapid cycling of Application Server
processes (typically processes that are configured as core
group bridges). Internal queuing of requested view member data
was not properly propagating data forward to take into account
previously requested view members.

Problem conclusion

Internal queuing of requested view member data is now properly
propagating data forward to take into account previously
requested view members.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.0.2.39, 6.1.0.29 and 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the
