Problem
Following error while exporting or opening any workbook in TM1 Web : " Failed to open the target workbook. Please make sure that the file has not been renamed or deleted "
Resolving The Problem
1) Add the following line within jvm.options located at ../tm1_64/wlp/usr/servers/tm1/
-Djava.awt.headless=true
2) Restart the "IBM Cognos TM1" service.
