Problem
IBM Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel (version 2.0.29) users with a workbook containing Exploration Views, Quick Reports, Dynamic Reports, or Custom Reports can encounter a "Cognos.Office.Framework.DialogOpenException" type exception if the user disconnects from their Planning Analytics (version 2.0.30) connection and then refreshes the workbook using Refresh Workbook.
Symptom
A "Cognos.Office.Framework.DialogOpenException" type exception is thrown.
Resolving The Problem
Close the exception message.
