Problem
The following error message "XQE-PLN-0020 The V5 Query could not be planned by the Query Service.The 'V5BoundModeIdentifier' node is invalid for the OLAP Transformation Library and the Query Service Planner is currently not able to resolve it." appears during report execution of a Dynamic Query Mode package.
Symptom
Error: XQE-PLN-0020 The V5 Query could not be planned by the Query Service.The 'V5BoundModeIdentifier' node is invalid for the OLAP Transformation Library and the Query Service Planner is currently not able to resolve it.
Cause
Model Query Subjects in Framework Manager were in state Needs re-evaluation or were not updated after changes on the database.

Cognos Analytics with Dynamic Query Mode package
Diagnosing The Problem
After the failing report execution, check the current xqe*.xml log in ..\logs\XQE and look for the latest entries.
Resolving The Problem
- Open the model in Framework Manager
- If you know which items are used in the report, expand those query subjects in Framework Manager.
- Select the query subjects, and Update Objects through Tools > Update Objects. The Query Subjects should now show up with state 'Valid'. If they don´t resolve any errors presented.
- Run a Verify of the package
- Resolve any further error returned in the Verify of the package.
