• During the start of the TAKEOVER phase all datasets are
  verified.  This includes a compare of the VOLSERs in the
  catalog and in the JFCB. A mismatch is considered a severe
  problem.

  verified. This includes a compare of the VOLSERs in the
  catalog and in the JFCB. A mismatch is considered a
  severe problem.
  

Problem conclusion

• Only the first volser of the JFCB was used when comparing the
  volser. Code has been changed to include all volumes.
