Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS panel ADB21K 'Packages'
  SQ - SQL in package line command fails with a SQLCODE -104 /
  SQLCODEN104 when the users TSO PROFILE shows NOPREFIX and the
  DB2 release is DB2 10 in New Function Mode / NFM.
  Additional symptom:
  SQLCODEN199
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -199, ERROR:  ILLEGAL USE OF KEYWORD T.

Local fix

• Issue a TSO PROFILE PREFIX command and set an appropriate
  value for the prefix.

Problem conclusion

• Programs have been updated to resolve the reporting problem.
  A similar problem (SQLCODEN104) also exists on other panels
  when a user's TSO PROFILE uses NOPREFIX and has been resolved.
