PM46877: ORF FAILED WHEN A NEW IMS WAS STARTED AND LEFT THE DATABASES IN REORGI STATUS.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A new IMS was started.  ORF recognized it
  and tried to verify the RECONs subsys record.
  However, ORF is at temporary RECONs at that
  time and the verification failed.  That leaves
  the wrong RECONs active and the cleanup to reset
  the REORGI flag fails.

  A new IMS was started.  ORF recognized it and tried to
  verify the RECONs subsys record. However, ORF is at
  temporary RECONs at that time and the verification failed.

  the REORGI flag fails.
  

Problem conclusion

• ORF will no longer allow to have changes in the IMSPLEX when
  it is running. ORF will fail, but will make the original
  database available.
