  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  1. When Snapshot History load module DGOVHM00 tries to allocate
  memory for its internal 4MB work buffer and the allocation
  fails, the Snapshot History task abends with system completion
  code 0C4.
  2. IFCID 124 processing is skipped although data are present.
  3. Reallocation of internal buffer causes an incorrect address.
  
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  1. The code has been modified to issue error message FPEV0003S
  for out of storage situations and to suspend the Snapshot
  History task. Message FPEV0505W is issued.
