Troubleshooting
Problem
In IBM Rational Rhapsody Gateway you attempt to export to DOORS or you select Navigate to DOORS, and while Rational DOORS is already running in the background, every time a new DOORS instance is started you get a login window.
Symptom
Rhapsody Gateway does not connect to an already running DOORS instance.
Cause
There is a defect in the 64 bit API which causes this behavior.
Resolving The Problem
Upgrade to Rational DOORS client version 9.6.1.6 or later.
