Error description

• ABEND0C4 PIC04 or PIC11 occurred in csect DGOVHMM1 offset 01A4
  after message FPEV3013E. General register 2 pointed to an
  address within a not accessible page of the storage.

Local fix

• Reduce, if possible, the value set for HISTORYDATASETSIZE
  startup parameter since initializing of the history data
  set index has a high dispatching priority and therefore
  may cause the FPEV3013E "A TIMEOUT OCCURRED WHILE PROCESSING
  A REQUEST" message in response to requests coming to PE Server
  subtask from its clients.
  Do not connect to a corresponding instance neither from VTAM
  Classic Interface nor from Performance Expert client and do
  not perform shutdown of OMPE STC until the message FPEV0507I
  "... HISTORY MANAGER TASK STARTED" appears in the joblog.
