Unable to insert PA BI reports urls as hyperlinks in Excel.
Symptom
Running PA BI report url as a hyperlink from Excel will cause the following message:
Unable to open (complete URL will be placed here). Cannot download the information you requested.

Resolving The Problem
Based on the article above, we need to either download the Microsoft easy fix tool or manually modify the registry keys.
