  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When a host DB2 subsystem, where DB2PM tables are located,
  operates in a time zone that differs for more than 3 hours from
  UTC (GMT) time, an internal overflow causes SQL Activity
  Trace to fail.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  The code of PE Server Subtask has been modified to solve
  this problem.
