Problem
Drill through reports do not work when run in PDF format. Clicking on the drill through link in Internet Explorer gives a ‘Page cannot be displayed’ error.
Resolving The Problem
Steps:
- Open IBM Cognos Configuration.
- Update the Gateway URI value with the fully qualified domain name.
- Save the settings and restart services.
