Error description

• When LOAD utility syntax exceeds 3200 bytes and the extended
  syntax keyword "PRESORT" is specified, it's possible for UET
  interception to insert the "SORTKEYS" keyword improperly,
  causing a RC=8 and MSGDSNU082I to be produced.
