Missing data for CICS Threads attribute group

Problem description:
TEP queries against the Omegamon XE for DB2 attribute group CICS
THREADS return No Data. Situations dont work either.
.
This problem was reported/fixed on v420 PM23349 (No
history/situation for DPCITHDS). We will BFIT it to v410.
