Troubleshooting
Problem
(a) Upload a file that contains a numeric column and one or more attribute column(s) using 'Upload Files'. (b) From My Content, use that file, drag and drop the numeric column. It shows an aggregate number. (c) Click on the top right arrow, drag and drop an attribute column in the local filters area and choose a one or more values by checking the checkbox(es). The dashboard count area spins for a while with the message 'Can't load visulaization'.
Cause
SiteMinder does not allow URLs with the dot character in this environment
