Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS, ALTPART function
  using ADD Partition and changing last part = last old part
  with REORG Utility results in rc=8
  .

  in a SQLCODE610/SQLCODE=610, a REORG is also run automatically
  by ADBTEP2 and results in a utility failure with a return code
  of 8 and the message:

  PROHIBITS PROCESSING
  

Problem conclusion

• ADBTEP2 was changed to build the REORG with the SCOPE PENDING
  syntax.
