    DBD is defined but has no ACBLIB member.
    This creates an error situation when issuing commands.
    Description: ORF recognizes when a DBD is not defined
    and ignores that subsystem. However, a NOTINIT
    status was not recognized. This created an error
    when passing commands via TOSI.

Problem conclusion

  • The NOTINIT status is now treated like the not defined status.
    However, it must be enabled using the SETOP parameter
    NOTINIT=IGNORE.
    Documentation change:
    SETOP parameter
       NOTINIT=ERROR|IGNORE
       default ERROR
    This enables to ignore DBDs that are found in NOTINIT state.

Temporary fix
