To provide compatibility with the older RFC1123, a four digit year for the V0 Set-Cookie Expires attribute can be enabled with a new HTTPChannel custom property.
Problem conclusion
The four digit year for the V0 Set-Cookie header Expires attribute can be created with the following new HTTPChannel custom property on the Channel Chains required. v0CookieDateRFC1123compat = true (false=default) The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 7.0.0.19.
