Problem
During the installation process on Windows 2016, trying to run this kind of command may lead to this error : Command : Install-Package -Name docker -ProviderName DockerMsftProvider -Force Error : Install-Package : Cannot rename because item at 'C:\Program Files\dummyName' does not exist. In the default daemon configuration on Windows, the docker client must be run elevated to connect. (whereas the docker daemon Dockerd.exe is running). Or error at the end of the first execution of "Start.ps1" for the first time, even if Powershell is run as administrator : Loading image file C:\IBM\PAW_2.0.25.46.1\images\images.tar ... Cause
Symantec Antivirus issue
Resolving The Problem
Symantec Antivirus services must be stopped during installation. Just disabling it through the quick launch taskbar does not work. Adding exclusions is not sufficient either.
If Symantec services cannot be stopped then contact your Symantec Support so that they find a solution to this.
