Question
Is it possible to view tabular data in another format other than HTML similar to Cognos 10?
Cause
This functionality has been added into Cognos Analytics in 11.0.7 through an RFE. All versions in 11.0.x before 11.0.7 are missing this functionality as you can view tabular data through right clicking a query and displaying it in HTML with no options to select any other formats.
Answer
The method for doing this in 11.0.7 is different to that in Cognos 10.
1. Firstly, right click the query and view tabular data, this will initially be displayed in HTML.
2. Once this has opened, select the "Run" drop down and you will be presented with further options.
