• Closed as program error.

Error description

• This APAR will address the following problems:
  - HRF01548E  Change capture terminated with inflight changes.
  - Cleanup comments for install SAMPLIB member HRFINST.
  The following new diagnostic aid will be shipped with this APAR:
  - Since large amounts of log records may need to be processed
    in order to debug an ORF issue, a new diagnostic tool has been
    developed to extract only the necessary log records.

  This APAR is correcting the following:
  1.Change Apply ended with inflight updates.
  Description:  The change records in question were special
  get call records only.  Those will be ignored.
  2. Large amount of log datasets to be shipped for diagnostics.
  3.Conflicting comment for install member HRFINST.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1.HRFOBKO0 has been changed to ignore those calls.
  2.A new diagnostic tool has been developed to extract
  only the necessary log records. A new SAMPLIB member,
  HRFLOGS has been created for this function.
  3.HRFINST has been changed to add more information
  in the member header.
